A car seat? 
I have not really been thinking that far ahead. Right now, I am trying to figure out what I want to register for and plan to go and start that at about 20 weeks or so.

No clue whatsoever. Not going to find out what we are having so something gender neutral...probably whatever my mom suggests.
ETA: I havent even walked into a baby store yet. Too early for me.

WOW. You like to plan WAY ahead!! I didn't pick what DS was wearing home until after my shower, which was 10 days before he was born.
I'd wait til after your shower, you will probably get something adorable. Or wait at least until you know the sex (if you are finding out)

I plan everything.. As soon as I know the gender I will have the christening invites planned as well as the favors..
I am due 12/23.. The shower will be mid Oct .. Things need to be planned out and ready........

Whoa, you are organized! We haven't thought about either question yet.
We would probably bring the baby home in some warm, non-fussy unisex outfit. Probably some sort of pjs--our little one will have been through an ordeal, and I figure I would want to be in something comfy too if I was just born!
As for Christening, we talked about this briefly. Neither one of us are religious, but we thought both of our families would be upset if we didn't have one at all. I don't think they would say anything to us actually, but I do think it would bother them a great deal. So we may do something, but I'm not sure where since we don't go to a church.
