I didn't...I don't like ANY of the patterns so I tried to pick the most neutral ones in each item, yet tried stay within what was most popular/top rated.

Nope. With my son, I registered for a high chair that I liked with my kitchen and met my needs feature wise. The swing, bouncer, pack n play - I picked based on what features it offered and then pattern was secondary.

We registered for the matching high chair, pnp, swing, car seat and stroller...
We hadn't planned it that way, it just turned out that when we looked at each item, we ended up liking the one in the pattern best...

I got a blue pack n play
high chair is that jungle them
bouncer has a dog on it
I got all diff figured the baby wont want to be surround by the same thing all the time :)
