He couldn't come to the first one - he tried, but he couldn't get the day off work. He'll be coming with me tomorrow for my first sonogram.

DH went to every single RE appointment that was more than a simple blood draw. Now at the regular OB he missed one ordinary appointment for heartbeat check, but has been at every other appointment thus far. I make them for after work so he can go.

No not all of them. He woud have to take off from work if its a daytime appt and I'd rather him save his days for when the baby comes. They are usually pretty uneventful anyway!

DH and I work the most random hours, so it's very hard for us to have the same time off. He made it to every sono and 2 emergency appts. The routine appts he doesn't go to.

DH came with me to every, single appt...including the sugar test...
I hope he does the same when/if I have #2...it's more difficult for my schedule than his.

With my first - he came to 90% of them until I became high risk and was going 2-3 times a week. This time he is my babysitter of our son - so he has only made it to the 3 sonos - 11, 21 and 32 week.

DH came to the first, the Level II, and then started coming to all of them after 37 weeks (OB's office is actually on the hospital's campus- SO just in case she told us to "walk over to LD...").

He's been to almost all with me, now that I'm going every two weeks either he goes or my mom does.
He makes sure he's there for any sonograms and anytime we are hearing test results.

I think he went to to almost all of them! He had a great relationship with my Dr and I loved having him there with me.

my DH has gone to all the ultrasounds and went to the fetal echo too, but he doesn't come for the 5 minute belly check appointments.

DH went to first appt. and all 3 sono appts. That's it though. I told him the other ones aren't that exciting so it wasn't important that he make it.

He has been to all my OB appointments. He works in the city and usually long hours, so I never expected him to be coming with me this much. I was referred to specialists a few times so far. Of all those appointments, he has only missed one cardiologist appointment. It was probably the wrong one to miss, b/c so much was explained, but we had no way of knowing that at the time. I feel bad b/c I know how hard it is to catch up at work when he gets back and I wonder if his bosses realize I appreciate the time they've given us.

DH went to every single appt that I had with the RE and has missed one OB appt this entire pregnancy.
He doesn't want to miss one thing about the birth of his child so I try to schedule all appointments at times that he can be there.
