Level II and preparing
Hi!.... I am going for my level II tomorrow at 8:30 and read somewhere that you should drink OJ to make the baby more active? How long before should I do this and how much? Also, anything else to prepare?
We are not finding out the sex... lets hope I stay strong with this one tomorrow
Thanks!

Re: Level II and preparing
The OJ recommendation isn't a medical one -- its just what some moms do and seem to think works. Theres no real science behind it. If you like OJ though, it can't do harm!

I just chugged a few swallows before I left... my doctor said baby's sleep cycles are every 20-30 minutes and it also depends how long they make you sit in the waiting room.

Re: Level II and preparing
I had to go back 4 times, yes 4 times for them to get all the measurements bc he baby wouldnt move. I tried OJ, chocolate, diet coke...nothing helped!
