I had this happen to me once. I flat out said "No. I have somewhere to be too!" I think I floored them.
The funny thing was it was because she counted. I don't even think she was in a rush.
I said "I'm sure they don't scan EVERY bottle of water - it's in a pack." It was the first time I've ever said no.

The only exception is for old or disabled people. I simply cannot be that cruel.

Oh and perhaps the most obnoxious thing I see is when people park in parking spots designated for handicapped parking. I give these people the evil eye. My mom had a disabled friend who used to key cars when they did this. Yeah it is wrong to vandalize, but for some reason it wasn't so wrong when she did it.

People that park in "privileged parking" right in front of a store in the "no stopping, standing or parking" section. Yes, I know you are waiting for someone but I had to park my car and drag 3 small children out of the car you can drive around and find an actual parking spot and wait.

Not using your blinker when trying to squeeze into my lane in front of me, then getting pi$sed at ME that I didn't let you in... if you put your blinker I would know you want to get over!
Everyone does this in FL... i'm beginning to think they make cars here without blinkers. 
They also tailgate and highbeam you for you to get out of their way. DH was raised over there and he said they are crazy ...especially the females. Good Luck!

My Mum is registered disabled and it is SO ANNOYING when people use the disabled spots that aren't. One time we went to Stop & Shop all the spots were taken so I pulled over in front of the door to let my Mum get out and the woman behind me was leaning on her horn, so I went to her car window and told her would she mind my Mother is 76 & disabled and some twat that isn't has parked in the spot - and do you know what she said? She told me to Fu*k off & move my car! Some guy who was standing right by us started to verbally lay into her and she screeched off! Some people grrrr
