Re: Seaford Might be Worth for Property
great price, but when photos of a car or tree in this case are shown in lieu of the house itself, that makes me nervous. I bet it would be great for a flip though!

Re: Seaford Might be Worth for Property
It has a super narrow property-- 25'! You are right on top of your neighbors. It is in a not so nice area in Seaford, and it needs everything! I t may be worth a look, but you will have to put 150 or more into that house and it still may not be worth what you put into it b/c of the the property width -- I don't know. Check it out. Good luck!

Re: Seaford Might be Worth for Property
This house is on a really busy street--south seamans neck road. Great price but I agree the property width would be too small for me but great for a flip.

Who says that someone will want to buy it after you flip it. I think it is risky, because the property is too narrow

I agree the property width alone would make me pass... unless it was on the water then great.
I think the width and the busy street make this a real hard one to sell... even if it was in great condition.

Re: Seaford Might be Worth for Property
For that price the neighbor should buy it and build a garage.
I just looked it up and Nassau Assessors web site and it is a 1008 sq ft house. The neighbor parks 3 cars in front of his house. he should try to get that lot. Image Attachment(s):

I agree- it's worth it to knock that house down- I would offer $200K if I lived next store
