Looks Like We Sold Our Co-Op!
Finally! As some of you know, we've had several accepted offers fall apart before contract signing. We finally have one that looks as if it will stick--our attorney received the signed contracts from the buyer's late last week, and we signed them ourselves on Saturday.
The timing is great, because we just closed on our house, and we'll still have some time to do work on the house before we need to move out.
This feels so good--we were planning to rent it out if it didn't sell, but we'd much rather sell it and not deal with tenants.
So now, hopefully the board will approve them. I don't see why they would not though--they make a decent income, and they have good credit which are the main things they look at.
