Thorough Engineer...Recs
Can anyone recommend a very thorough engineer and give us an idea on cost?

We recently used a company called Safe Harbor. We paid $525 and they were very thorough.
The company is owned by Jim Ruppert. His son Collin did our inspection.

We used Home Sweet Home Inspections. So did Lauren and Jaime, too, Cindy! They changed us $435 for a full house inspection that lasted a few hours. They also have a separate company come in to inspect for termite/insects etc that is included in the price. I highly recommend them.
