The Taste Of Something New
Did you ever hear a movie or a song or a book or a food dish being described and just WANT to see it, hear it, read it taste it based on the description alone?
And have you ever been bitterly disappointed when you did get the opportunity to try whatever it was?
I want details... if you aren't averse to sharing! What was it that sucked? Was it horrible.. or merely NOT what you expected? Would you have been AS unhappy with it if whatever it was hadn't been built up first?

it was so boring, all desire to see what else he was working with left the building.
it crushed me and some of my friends
boy was described as being uber hot. when i met him, he was, in fact, UBER hot....
description had me  visuals had me action had me   
further ets: I have no idea why, with all of my other experiences like this (with food, movies etc) this guy poped into my head. it was so very long ago.

Yes! But I haven't tried these yet...
From Like Water for Chocolate, a recipe with rose petals. Not sure about the quail with it, though.
