I'm north of there, but it got dark for 5 minutes, sprinkled and now its just hazy sun again. No idea if we are getting more rain.

I'm in Port Jeff - it's sunny and it just literally downpoured for two minutes then stopped - just now.

There was insane lightning in Melville. Last night, it was in Queens. It's been weird lately.

We had an intense storm about 7:30 tonight. I turned off the computers because the back up kept ringing. At one point you couldn't even see out the windows because the rain was coming down so hard. Plus there was no time in between the thunder and lightning. Really cool.
