C of O question

If a 1/2 bath was put in in the 70's and there is no CO how would you go about getting one?

TIA

Re: C of O question

Did you buy the house with the 1/2 bath? Or did you inherit the house as is?

If it's the former - then there should already be a CO from when you bought it.
If it's the latter - you would have to call the town and have an inspector come and take it from there.
