XP- From TTC Board Hi
DH & I have been TTC.. kinda. when I say kinda, I mean if it happens it happens.. also, we are not charting or anything like that as yet..
but I have a question.. when you have cramping 1 week before AF flow is due... what does it mean? does it mean that I am ovulating? It looks like I have a lot to learn about TTC

Cramping can mean a lot of things:
Ovulation
Implantation
Dehydration
Some girls cramp with everything and others never cramp. So my best advice is to drink a lot of water and BD as much as you want!!!!

i know that cramping can mean implantation... but I was not sure if could mean ovulation...
I will def. take your advice & bd as much as I can!

I think that ovulation cramps are typically one-sided.
