I saw the heartbeat!
The past 2 weeks have been stressful waiting for the follow-up sono to the one I got when I started spotting. I am happy to say that we saw a heartbeat yesterday! It was 156 and amazing. It brought tears to my eyes. It was such a relief. I couldn't stop smiling or staring at the pic all night. DH couldn't believe it either. He was afraid to bond with this PG since we had the m/c in Feb but after this appt. he was all about planning and talking about the baby. It was awesome.
The sonogram put me at 7 weeks 3 days and due 2/4/08. I am so excited. It all feels so real now.
I get to go back for another sono is 3 weeks (he wants to keep an eye on me since I am still spotting on and off) so I get to see my little grain of rice again. I can't wait!

That's great, I am so glad you got good news!!!
I know the feeling of not wanting to bond after a m/c, it's totally normal.

Yes, It's an amazing moment isn't it.
I'm due 1/27 and just went through the same experience. It was so overwhelming, this is my first PG since M/C also.
