with my 1st pg I took it with me, but I didn't use it-I actually forgot about it in the middle of it.
My goal was just to get the baby out by that time, i didn't care about anything else. I am vocal person though and have no issue telling nurses what I want and dont want.

I brought it, but never gave it to anyone because I was in such shock when I actually found out I would be having the baby that day - so I just made sure the important points were vocalized.

not me! Most important is that they know I want to breast feed, and that my Dr. knows I want to avoid a c-section at all costs. Thats about the extent of my birth plan!

I am having a planned C-section. I may do an abbreviated plan with some of my preferences, but I'm not as concerned as I would be if I were making all of the choices that go along with a vaginal birth. I saw a sample plan that could still provide good info for planned C-sections.

We decided not to, but only because I am not really a big planner...I am just going to go with whatever happens, but of course if they suggest something I dont want, I will say no....

I always jot down about a paragraph or so of things to bring to the hospital with me...3 times it has sat in my bag and my labor has gone so quick that there has been no chance of even looking at the thing let alone follow it...
Ive simply gone over certain aspects with my DH..or rather drilled things into his head..of what I want!
