Moms with 2 or more - movement question

This is my second. My daughter was so active - from the day i felt her at 17 weeks - she had been non -stop - moving and poking, kicking me all the time.

Im now 20 weeks and I barely feel this baby - its incredible when i look back and think about how active my daughter was. I remember being in labor and I she was so active the doctors couldn't believe it...lol - well looks like this one is a quiet one.

With my first - it was so reassuring when i felt her but with this pregnancy i have to be a bit more patient and wait for kicks and pulses which aren't as often.

What have your experiences been?
Did you have the opposite sex the second child ?
I have to say - it seems like im carrying the same, im feeling the same way (no m/s thank god), - the only thing different is craving a bit more meats and less movement.
hmmmm...
Just wanted to hear about your experiences...Chat Icon

I had a boy & then a girl.

I carried very different but I was a little more nauseous & exhausted (could have been dealing with a toddler & being pregnant) the second timeChat Icon.

Cravings went from spinachChat Icon to eggplantChat Icon.

Weight gain was a big difference (25-30lbs Chat Iconvs. 12lbsChat Icon).

1st Chat Icon and #2 is a Chat Icon as well.

I feel the total opposite as I did with DD from how I am carrying, to what I eat, to how I feel.

This baby though is wayyy more active than Gianna was though.

My weight gain is the same, it doesn't matter if I eat bad or good, I still gain the same.

With DD i gained 50+ lbs, was on bedrest
This pg, I have gained about 38lbs.

I was about 7-10 lbs away from pre pg weight when I got pg again.

Re: Moms with 2 or more - movement question

First was a Chat Icon. He was ridiculously active. I called him my little soccer player, because he was ALWAYS kicking; morning, noon, and night. I craved lots of salty things. I gained about 15 lbs with him.

Second was a Chat Icon. She was SO unactive that it terrified me. Of course, she was healthy and perfectly fine though. I craved lots of sweet things with her and gained a little over 10 lbs with her.

DS was just as active when he was born as he was in the womb, so I assumed that because DD was unactive in the womb that she would be a calm and quiet baby. WRONG. From day one she was just as active and crazy as her big brother. Chat Icon
