A few of us on this board have accupuncture. I do find it very relaxing, I have decided this cycle not to do it. I think it can help and I know a few women that have really benefitted from it

I've had acupuncture done for both ivf cycles. I find it very relaxing. It also helped with some side effects of the meds I was on as well as with my insomnia. I would definitely recommend it.

i went through acupunture as strongly recommended by my mother. i went for several sessions but it was starting to take a toll on my wallet. although it made me more relaxed i had to stop. the practice i went to did not take insurance.

I did it for three months before I got my BFP. I really loved the relaxation time, and also my back paidnand asthma are almost non existant since I started.

I never thought about trying it until now. Do any acupuncturists take insurance? I am going to have to look into this. Update us if you go!

I did it and LOVED it. If I could afford it I would continue to do it now.
Very relaxing, and I believe it helped with my cycles
