Whats for lunch..
I need new lunch ideas... Im trying to saty away from the No no's like cold cuts and tuna...what else is there?

Those are two of my favs I have to stay away from too.
I'm taking a trip up to Trader Joes on my lucnh hours so hopefully I can get something there. Not sure what though.

i'm going to get a boring salad today - i was a piggy with a big italian Fathers Day dinner at my parents yesterday!
egg salad
you can have tuna 1-2x per week
sliced fresh turkey sandwich if its heated
chicken salad
veggie burger
grilled cheese
