DH had a work shower
he just started a new job 2 months ago so he was surprised when he walked into what he thought was a meeting yesterday but was a shower for him!
they gave us an American express gift check and had a big cake for him, it was so sweet and unexpected

Aww that's sweet! My DH had his work shower on Wednesday that was set up the same way.  (he got a couple of Mets clothing and a BBB gift card)
