I did this it works but it's expensive and takes aq lot of commitment. FM if you have questions.

Yes. I didn't like the process so I never went back. The key was that you have to say to yourself I am going to do x y or z. Not try to do it, just do it.

My father in law went for weight loss, don't think it worked too well.
He actually signed me up to go to quit smoking, but I never went. He realized after a while I wasn't going and got his money back.

I went for smoking and weight loss, it didnt work for either, but mine was a group session. I quit smoking for a few days afterwards but that was it.

Thank you very much for your kindness but you have not seen me lately- since I am so short (4'11"- any weight gain seems lika alot on me.)
