Why so cheap? Babylon
Am I missing something?  Looks like a pretty good house, if anyone's looking in that area.

The second one is a typo.
The house in Babylon looks like it needs a lot of work. It's also a very small piece of property for that area.
It would be a great fixer upper for someone who was willing to do so.

This is prob an auction and they're expecting anyone who comes to have that type of $$$ for a downpayment.

The Babylon house may need a lot of work as it's older and they're not showing any photos. Also, it's on a busy road - not a double yellow line, but the road goes from Sunrise through to Park Ave. There's quite a bit of traffic on that road.
