Anyone else suffering from the driest nose?

It is so painful and irritating!

I actually have scabs inside my nose.

Have you tried the saline nasal spray? It helps!!!

I have been having the worst sinus headaches and congestion. I started using sinucleanse- the thing that looks like a magic lamp and you put it up your nose to wash out your sinuses(Neti Pot). It is the gossest thing but I have never felt better. I can breathe, my nose doesn't get dry anymore, and no more sinus headaches. The procedure is disgusting but well worth it.

Yes. I am having sinus troubles and usually I have dryness. I have had nosebleeds. I keep joking that the nosebleeds are what caused me to be anemic. I started to use a saline spray that comes in an aerosol. The spray is a high pressure. I was afraid it would feel weird but it does not bother me. I am going to see my primary care about this and about my allergies in general.

i have been complainig about the same thing i put a humidifier in my BR so i could at least get some comfort at night!
