Type of progesterone supplement

I started progesterone supplements last night. They were actually delivered to my house about 9:30pm. I thought I was going to get a gel or wax insert, but got capsules with powder inside them. I still have to insert them, but I thought they would be different. And since it was late, I had no one to call. Is this common?

Those were the same one's that I used. Just wear a panty liner, because there might be some leakage.
