Another step for me..
For me, this is a big step... I've been wanting for quite sometime to see a nutrionist. So after some research, I found a woman in the city that specializes in PCOS and diet, I have an appointment with her next Monday.

Good luck...from what I understand any white flour and/or sugar is very bad for PCOS.
