Has anyone used them? How do you know who you are getting to come to your house? Are the people they hire any good? Does Lowe's guarantee thier work?

We went to Lowe's to lookb at flooring and they charge 4.5 per sq foot to install hardwood, I just don't know if that is good and if the people that are coming are good.
