Passport Question..
My son is going to PR in a few weeks. He is 16yrs old, does not have a non-drivers ID and does not have a passport.
Will he be able to use his birth certificate and school ID to travel, or should I get him a non-drivers ID?

Re: Passport Question..
he doesn't need a passport, I think his birth certificate should be good.

Re: Passport Question..
PR is the same as traveling in the USA- I would just check with the airlines to see what they require.
