Really dumb copier question
What's the difference between toner and toner drum?
The toner is $112 but the drum is $195. What is the difference?

Thanks! So if I'm buying a copier and it says drum included, do I still need to buy toner right at the time of the purchase? Trying to figure out expenses right now for a purchase. I'm bidding on a copier for school on ebay and staples is having a great sale and I'm trying to figure out how much I'm going to be spending.
