Has anyone sold their house themselves?
DH and I will likely be selling next spring to move back to LI.  We both have good flexible schedules (him especially) so we are thinking about testing the waters and doing it FSBO.
Anyone have experience with this? Pitfalls, etc? Did anyone use any books that they found helpful? I saw several titles in Borders but only want to get one.

We do love it, and it's going to be hard to leave.  But having the baby has made me really miss my family and friends, and it's hard not having anyone nearby.
