Do you think teeth grinding...
can cause headaches and dizziness?
I am going to the dr today to see what is going on but I have been grinding a lot recently and wondering if that has anything to do with it.

yes!!! My sister grinds her teeth in her sleep. She's done it all her life (she's 30). Her doctor gave her a mouth guard that really helps - without it she was getting bad headaches and jaw aches.

Can definitely cause headaches. Happens to me all the time! Not sure about the dizziness though.
Good luck with the Dr!

I can almost guarantee that the grinding is the source of your headaches. Your dr. will discuss anti-grinding measures I'll bet!
Good luck!

I get headaches all the time and the dentist said that it is most likely from teeth grinding.

Definitely. DH grinds his teeth and is always complaining about headaches and neck pain. It makes sense with all of the tension that is put on the muscles and what it can do to the teeth themselves.
