ugh braces
so i went today to get them tightened and whatever he did with the wire he didnt cut the end entirely on one side its very sharp and of course i only realized it when i got home. hes not in tom. but his asst. is there so hopefully she can fix it sigh pain for now

if you have a piece of wax, you can stick it to the end of the wire and that may help a bit.

I haven't worn braces in years but back in the day I left the wax in all night. Feel better!

I haven't worn braces in years but back in the day I left the wax in all night. Feel better!
its been awhile for me too....but i used to leave wax on all night too if i need it. feel better

its ok i got used to them, only for little while after its tightened does it hurt because it scratches up my mouth.
I've avoided the wax ever since i got them, but I put it on the sharp part right now and its helping for now.
