it was really interesting. They said you can negotiate your 6% with realtor, but you get what you pay for.
REaltor does not always try for highest price, mainly because they normally only get 1.5%.
Buy Owner is the way to go. For 300.00, many people are getting the price they orginally wanted, before the realtor said not possible.
They hired a crew to come in for 2K, the crew only spent 100.00, to get the house ready for open house. They moved furniture, planted stuff, took down all family photos, even spray painted grass green. Then the couple got over there asking price.
One family realized their house was built on a bombing target practice spot in WWII.
They talked about all the condo flipping in florida. Compared it to the gold rush, the first few got rich, the ones who came later, bankrupt for fool's gold.
