Makes for a good summer cliff-hanger. Nothing is written in stone at this point, so everyone could be brought back in the first few episodes of next season. The 3 assistant doctors are sometimes bigger characters than House, so I think it may be hard to drop all 3 of them at the same time. I think most, if not all 3, will be back.

They have to get at least a couple of them back somehow -- I mean, you can't lose 3 major characters at the same time and expect the show not to jump the shark.
I think Foreman will come back with his own practice like House's and maybe they'll be working for him?
Who knows... I am going to miss House this summer!

it was a pretty interesting patient storyline and I felt so bad for the husband!!! I really could careless if the 3 come back or not, for me the show is totally about House

I think the blond guy (always forget his name) got fired and then Cameron quit.
I really hope they bring in some new cast members next season...I never really liked those 3 - well, mostly Cameron.

Well, they don't change the storyline, so they may as well change the characters!
