Oh no, nothing like that. I don't trust them at this point. I had the letter from the doc saying he has cognitive impairments and cannot represent himself and that wasn't good enough. They gave me these forms for him to sign basically saying that he gives me permission to represent him but he is not of sound mind. How does that equate? The doc at the hospital is looking into it for me with his legal dept.
I will call SS tomorrow to double check this. I had Freddy sign and he understood what he was signing but 5 minutes later he doesn't remember signing anything.
I feel that if I send the signed forms in it will negate what we are claiming. Make sense?
