our co-op just went up for sale...
this week. if anyone is interested or knows someone who is, please pass the info along, and send me an fm. it's a 2 story duplex (2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms) in islip. the mls # is 1961836. i don't know how to make a link, but you can copy and paste, if you're interested to take a look.

we were intrested in woodlands (use to live in apt building across the street from islip high school. we love the duplex but we needed more space

I sold my co-op in the Woodlands two years ago. I really liked living there, but we wanted a house. It's a very nice developement and seems to have improved even more since I sold, so I'm sure you will have no problem selling it.

all the info is listed on the mls site, but maintenence fees are 981 without star, 873 with star. that includes gas (heat), water, prop taxes, and maintenence.

thanks for all your compliments, ladies! we have lived there for 2 years now and love our "starter home". we had planned to stay for another year and a half or so, but we are buying my grandfather's house - it's a deal we just couldn't pass up - so we will be moving to port jeff station as soon as we can sell our unit. my only concern is that there are a lot of units up for sale in our complex right now, so there's some stiff competition lol. we had an offer last night but it was pretty low so we'll see what happens with it. but if you know anyone looking in that area, send them my way instead of to the other units
