How much is your mortgage? (POLL)

mine was 413,000 and we live in sayville. We refinanced our 2nd mortgage and our mortgage is closer to 430,000.

I replied to your poll but feel that you should have split the $300K-$417 range into 2. That's a bit too broad especially if you want to narrow it down. A lot of people are in that category, yet, for the $117K range, people are probably buying a different kind of house.

We haven't bought yet but are planning to in the near future. We will buy around 400K and put 20% down so our mortgage will be around 320K

we're moving to Nassau County and bought a 4 bed 1 Bath Cape the mortgage with be 384300K.
