allergies

My allergies are killing me - I am on allegra and a nose spray and since Friday I have been stuffed up, sneezing, and wheezing...of course it didn't help that I was outdoors all weekend, but I am so miserable... I actually woke up around 2 am this mornign to sneeze a few times

When will this be over - anyone?

Re: allergies

I am miserable with a capital M!!! It's so bad I can't sleep at night, so being tired makes everything 1000x worse!! Supposedly over the next day or two the counts are supposed to decrease dramatically.

Natural Allergy Remedy

yes, its all natural! make sure you get the raw/organic apple cider vinegar.

CONS - smells like stinky feet! can irritate your stomach...just dilite with more water or use less...

PROS - NO JOKE, i havent taken an allergy pill in weeks and i have no symptoms at all! ive had allergies my whole life which always became sinus infections..it affcted my eyes, throat, nose, head..now im feeling great!

feel free to FM me for questions everyone!

Re: allergies

I have been using Alavert this season and have not sneezed once!

I used to have SEVERE allergies and have been on every prescription known to man and this is the only thing that has ever worked this well for me!

Re: allergies

NEIL MED SINUS RINSE!!!!!

I completely recommend it.

Other than that I take Singulair, Zyrtec and Astelin daily, and sometimes Allegra.

If I were disciplined enough I would use the NeilMed and take Quercetin and I'd probably be fine, or be able to cut out some of my meds

Re: allergies

Can I just say that I used to suffer TERRIBLY from allergies and it would trigger my asthma, then, after I had Ava, my allergies have almost completely gone away. Isn't that crazy? People are sneezing and rubbing their eyes all around me, and nothing!
