so many great starters & fixers on MLSLI right now
in suffolk under 300K!!!
Great opportunities for those that are not looking for a move in ready home.
I searched only for 3bedrooms or more & I can't believe how many there are now!
Last year this time it was hard to find two bedrooms for under 300!

It's definitely a good time to buy. The house we have an accepted offer on was listed at almost $100K more than it is on the market for now....so originally it was a house that was out of our price range, but is now bc of the market.

The people next door to us are selling their 3 bedroom ranch for 280K...and I was talking to him yesterday...noone is even looking.

We've been looking, and I've got to say many of these need quite a bit of work (and we've been looking at over $300K). I'm always amazed at how bad the inside is on so many of them! It's great if you can fix it up yourself though! And definitely better prices than the past couple years!
