the best HS graduation gift you can think of is?

my niece that I adore in FL is graduating & attending college in the fall. We are SOO excited for her, she has worked had to stay in an elite private school & FL & now got into the school of her choice.
I want to do something really special & memorable...I need ideas.

One of my favorite gifts was a summer tote filled with everyting I needed to have a great summer before heading off to college.

You can do that and then add extra special touches such as a nice camera to capture all of her special memories, or jewlery.

My parents gave me a diamond solitaire.

Rich's mother (we had been dating for a year at that point) gave me a really nice wooden frame/photo album that had my name, Class of 2001, and the grad date on it.

when I went away, my Dad's boss gave me a jar fullllll of quarter rolls for laundry - I thought that was so sweet!

I just bought my sister a Pandora Charm bracelet with meaningful charms...there are so many to choose from. She really loved it. They have a grad cap charm, too!

I like the idea of a basket of college supplies - she's going to need a really good alarm clock!

My grandparents would occasionally send me cards with GC to the local grocery store (you can buy them online). That was sooooo nice.

I like the idea someone else said.....a camera!!!

I would LOVE that idea for my little sister.........it serves 2 purposes!!

1.She can capture all her new college memories!!

2. She can email you pictures to keep up on what she is doing!

Maybe one of those realy cool digital photo frames too......so maybe she can snap some family photos before leaving for school & then take it with her!
