Job Related-Not knowing you niche (sp?!)

I have been working at my job for over 10 years and I am just not good at it. I am the only person who makes mistakes even though I am trying my best. I did not go to school for what I do and I really don't enjoy it 100%.

I don't know what I am good at though, if you can understand that. I have been here so long that I wouldn't even know what else to do!

I would make a list of jobs or industries you think you are interested in and then evaluate your skills. I am sure there are so many that you could transfer to another type of company doing something else.

I am sure there is a quiz or something online that may name fields you never would have thought of.

Or meet with a career counselor to help you get started.
