Burke and Christina did not get married....and he left at the end. Meredith cut her out of her wedding dress.
George failed his exam...and apparently is trying for a baby with Callie, who was named Chief Resident over Bailey.
Izzie told George she is in love with him
Meredith and McDreamy on the rocks
New interns....one of which is named Lexi Grey!!!!! 
Alex tried to be with Ava (Jane Doe/Rebecca Pope) but she had already left with her hubby and baby.
Chief Webber....still chief and his wife lost the baby, whcih apparently turned out to be his.

Thanks!!! I caught bits and pieces and saw Christina with some Burke family choker around her neck (with Burke's mom insisting she wear it) and then and then later crying and being cut out of her gown.

I believe you can catch it tonight at 8pm also.
If you read the other posts about Grey's...apparently George, Burke and Addison are all leaving the show. I'm not sure though.
