Was Dirty Dancing ever on Broadway???
I just told the guys I work with that they should put Dirty Dancing on Broadway. One of them insists it WAS on broadway! I can't find information on it anywhere!
Can someone tell me if it was or wasn't?

they had a stage show (concert version) of singers and dancers doing the music, but it wasnt a bway show.

It should be coming to Broadway..just dont know when.
My best friend is a broker and her boss went to see it in London..he said it was absolutely amazing. It was supposed to open here..still waiting for it!
