Who to call to fix this?
Our exhaust fan in the kitchen next to the stove broke. It's a sidewall exhaust fan that is very old (from the 50's) and the chain to turn it on and off snapped. Would an electrician be able to fix this? I'm at a lost as to who to call to fix this thing, if it's even fixable but I love it. It sucks the cooking fumes out like no other. TIA!

Re: Who to call to fix this?
do you know the manufacturer? I know its old, but they may still sell the parts. If its just the chain and not the actual fan itself, can you just attached a new chain if you were to pick one up at home depot?
