Dear Receptionist
Please stop e-mailing me every time you need to go out to smoke b/c you feel I should cover your phones while you are away! You take off once every other week and are late every other day and I am tired of your constant e-mailing to tell me your stepping away when you SHOULD be telling your supervisor! Of course you would not want to let her know how much you are really away from your desk!!!
