Teachers-help please

Hi Ladies,
I am having a certification issue. I applied for my permanent elementary right before I shot my video. I got a letter stating that they didnt have all of my scores at that time. So, then I shot my video and passed (now they have all of my scores). I am still waiting for my permanent cert. Whenever I check the status it says "pending re-evaluation". So, who do I call to find out when they will re-evaluate me?

You can get the phone number from the new york state website. i was also "pending evaluation" all summer for my extention on my provisional and then finally it went through like a week after school started. however when i was trying to call the number it was impossible to get through to anyone. my friend said that she was in the same situation a few years ago and was calling callingcalling with no results. finally she sent them a letter and documentation for all of her scores/application etc and within about 2 weeks her certification arrived in the mail.
