eBay sellers - a question
what does it mean when a buyer marks the auction "payment sent"? 
I sold something on Monday and have not received payment - I only accept paypal. I sent her an invoice, then another one a few days later - no response. My auctions say that payment is due within 3 days after they end.
what's your take on this “payment sent” business? 
ETA: this buyer has over 100 transactions on ebay and a 100% positive feedback rating

This may be a stupid question but did you check your paypal account?
If not, I would contact the buyer and ask.

it's not a stupid question, but yes, I did check my paypal acct 
I have already tried to contact her. I will probably send another message before I report her to ebay. thanks

I was thinking maybe she sent you a check, but I don't think she can see your address being you do not accept checks. Sounds fishy...

it's possible that they transferred the money from the bank account to paypal and it's waiting the 3 days to clear into paypal and then it will be free to send to you.
I'd contact her and ask what form of payment--it's possible she may have sent the payment to the wrong e-mail address or there was some lack of connection between paypal and ebay.
It just happened to me...I was sent an invoice bbut My Ebay did not show the total invoice amount. When I paid via paypal it was fine.

she has not responded to any of my emails.  so I have no clue what's going on. she's got until Monday to pay me or she gets reported.

Maybe she is sending a check to Paypal?
I'm not even sure if you can do that, but it's a possibility.
