Finally up for sale
Well I finally convinced my husband that we needed a bigger house and he agreed to put it up for sale.
the MLS # is 1950580, if you guys know anyone looking for something.
Now I just have to find something and considering I have been looking since January I know I have a long road ahead of me

Your house is really nice and priced right. I'm sure you will sell.
Be prepared, we got an offer in less than a month and that created a problem - where to go.....
