Foreclosure
How long does it take for foreclosure to actually happen? From the point of not paying your mortgage to the point when you get kicked out.

Usually a bank will give you 90 to 120 days to pay your mortgage before they actually put your mortgage into foreclosure. I believe it can take some time before they actual move forward and auction the home.
