got the keys!
I'm going to pick up keys soon and check out our new home!!
A little nervous - the sellers still have 'incidentals' there that they are coming to retrieve tonight, though they were supposed to be gone yesterday. I take that as a sign that the place isn't cleaned either.
If I get there and it's not in good condition, do I wait til tomorrow to call my lawyer and not touch anything or can I clean and take pics and tell them that it was left not in good condition? I don't want to jeopardize escrow, but I'm a weirdo and wouldn't want to leave the mess til tomorrow....
I'm so excited! YAY!!!
