Yes, twice!!
Once when I was 12 and doing the laundry in the laundromat. Some freak stood outside the window and flashed me.
Then when I was a teenager with a bunch of my girlfriends being loud. There were a group of guys standing around flashed us.
And then another time on the subway.... I guess people just like to expose themselves to me.

Yes.
Once at a mall in New Hampshire. I was a chaperone on a Teen Tour and we walked out of the mall to find some guy parked in the fire lane playing with it. Weird to be with a bunch of teenagers when that happens!!!!
And, at least once on the subway. What was weird was that the same day I was flashed, someone tried to pick my pocket at a different stop on the same line. I had been riding the subways for years with no incident until then.
ETA: I almost forgot. I was at an LIW GTG and we all drove from TGIF to the Mall to continue the GTG and one of the girls was flashed in the parking lot on the way. I won't say who, but some people will remember!!

yes, on the bus to soccer game, a guy was riding in his pickup truck with no pants on!!!
He was...ahem...aroused at us all gawking at the maniac (I was 14, it was a like a car wreck)
we all had to speak to the cops and he got arrested

Yup. My friends and I were out one Saturday night in RVC. Some guy stopped and asked us for directions. We were a little tipsy and no one (except me ) noticed. The guy was so ****** that we had no reaction and were actually giving him directions.

yes, actually more than once in my neighborhood...maybe it was the same guy elbee was talking about since we grew up near each other!

my friends and I were about 15 or 16 and out late on Halloween. this guy pulled up next to us and asked for directions. when we got up close to the car he had it out and was ___ off

yes..but it goes one step futher.
I was on the subway going from WTC to Penn Statin during rush hour, so it was a packed train. I was sitting and turned around to look out the window to see what station we were at, when I came face to face with this guys stuff. Apparently, he had been um...pleasuring himself over my head I screamed and jumped up! Thank goodness I had turned around when I did... when the doors opened he jumped off the train.
