Ok...I've watched it a few times....
and can't catch it!! I KNOW it's rigged somehow, but I can't see it....

You can actually see the water there when the milk first gets poured in each glass...plus, notice how diluted the milk is by the end.

it seems that there is some kind of "gel" that grows when it's wet, because if you notice the color isn't "homogeneous".

Look closely - there is definitely water in the bottom of each of the larger glasses. Look at the reflection of the person's hand through the glass.

Okay -- there is a tube in the biggest glass. Around 44 seconds you can see the way she pours the liquid in and it splashes in, it's splashing around a cylander in the center that has water in it. You can aslo kinds see the top of the cylander in the largest glass, as she's almost done pouring it in.
It would have been a better trick if she had figured out how to put milk, instead of water, in the glasses so that it didn't get so diluted.
They also never pour the milk back into the smaller glasses with the big glass facing out, always to the side, so you can't see the tube inside of it.
