What Clinics have you ladies used for IVF? This is something I never even thought of.

LI-IVF in lake success, dr. steven brenner. they also have offices in port jefferson and melville.
i was really, really happy with LI-IVF and i love dr. brenner!!

You can look at the statistics at sart.org and also the CDC website. I did a post about this a few weeks ago.

Depends on your specific issue, each clinic has its own strong suit. I really don't know much about IVF but I've heard good things about:

Thanks...I had an appt with Dr Chu at NSUH last night. She's very nice and both DH & I felt very comfortable with her.

I tried a few clinics and ended up at SIRM for various reasons -- and am very very happy I did!!
Different clinics also may specialize in different infertility issues. High FSH is not treated at every clinic, for example, so you would need a place that is pretty cutting-edge. PCOS on the other hand, seems to be more common and successfully dealt with by many local clinics.
